By accessing this website, purchasing a membership, booking a class, or participating in any class or service offered by Form & Fire, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Participation & Assumption of Risk

You understand that participation in fitness classes, including heated and high-intensity workouts, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, dehydration, heat-related illness, or other physical strain.

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities and agree that Form & Fire, its owners, instructors, employees, and contractors are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur as a result of participation.

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer

You confirm that you are physically able to participate in heated fitness classes and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. If you have any health concerns (including pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, or heat sensitivity), you should consult a physician before participating.

You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition during class and for stopping or modifying exercises as needed.

3. Heated Environment Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that most classes are conducted in a heated environment, which may increase heart rate, perspiration, and physical exertion.

You agree to: stay properly hydrated, take breaks when needed, exit class if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell, failure to do so is at your own risk.

4. Memberships, Class Packages & Payments

All memberships, class packs, and retail purchases are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Memberships are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. Prices are subject to change with notice. Promotional or founder rates are valid only while the membership remains active. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Cancellation & Membership Changes

You may cancel your membership according to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of purchase. If you cancel and later rejoin, current pricing will apply. Failure to properly cancel may result in continued charges for which you are responsible.

6. Class Reservations & No-Show Policy

Classes may require advance reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of the class, as outlined in our booking policy. Policies may change at any time and will be communicated via our website or email.

7. Studio Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate memberships for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate toward staff or other members.

This includes but is not limited to: harassment or discrimination, disruptive behavior during class or failure to follow studio policies or instructor guidance.

8. Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver and agree to these Terms of Service on their behalf.

9. Personal Belongings

Form & Fire is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the studio.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and class formats, is the property of Form & Fire and may not be copied or used without written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which Form & Fire operates.
